1 Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to furniture designs, logos, images, text, animations, and branding elements, is the sole property of The Wooden Shoppee (Ilma Wood Craft). Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of our designs or website media is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under copyright law.

2 Natural Sheesham Wood Variation Disclaimer

Every furniture piece we craft is made from 100% natural, solid Sheesham wood. Due to the biological nature of wood:

  • Natural grains, texture lines, knots, and varying shade highlights (cream sapwood vs. dark chocolate heartwood) are characteristic of the species and not classified as manufacturing defects.
  • Minor dimensional expansions or contractions may occur due to changes in humidity, which is standard behavior for seasoned solid wood and does not compromise stability.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that no two solid wood pieces will ever be identical, making each item a unique masterpiece.

3 Custom & Bespoke Orders

We offer customized furniture designs (sizing, specific polishing color, cushion fabrics, and custom hand-carvings). Once a custom order design sheet and token advance are confirmed by the customer, no modifications to dimensions, styles, or finishes can be accommodated without additional labor and material charges.

4 Payment Terms & Billing

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and verified EMI options. All listed prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). In cases of typographical pricing errors, The Wooden Shoppee reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or actions arising out of or in connection with the purchase of goods from this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
